My passion is enhancing the performance of teams and their managers, thanks to a rational approach, along a logic sense-process-content, to provide perennial and openness to each others. I aim to help everyone to reveal and exercise their talents with motivation in the company as well as in their personal lives.
Graduated in physics and microelectronics engineering, I have an experience of more than 25 years in operations and management of multicultural teams in multinational companies. A 2-years certified training in individual coaching, teams, and organizations followed by various trainings in human resources led me to offer “tailor-made” support withing a systemic approach. I also act as a partner of other consulting companies likes Temps Gagnant on individual and collective support and Pluriel on HR consulting services.
Certified in different models of psychometrics (ComColors and MBTI), I’ve been developping solutions that catalyze a tangible change to successfully meet the expectations of my clients. My strong experience in multicultural teams allows me to intervene in France and abroad.
For almost 25 years, I’ve been providing lecturing for companies, associations, high school and universities.
